Your next partnership.

A client-specific scope, ready for review. Proposed terms are not a binding agreement.

Talent & usage rights

3-month term

Ignition

Approved organic reposting on sponsor-owned digital channels during the three-month term.

6-month term

Acceleration

Organic reposting plus approved paid digital use during the six-month term.

Proposed US-targeted Meta, YouTube and TikTok advertising from sponsor accounts, with a $25,000 monthly media-spend ceiling. Subject to talent agreement and platform eligibility.

12-month term

Title Partner

Organic reposting plus approved paid digital use during the twelve-month term.

Proposed US-targeted Meta, YouTube and TikTok advertising from sponsor accounts, with a $50,000 monthly media-spend ceiling. Subject to talent agreement and platform eligibility.

Paid usage expires at the end of the term unless renewed. Organic posts may remain archived, but cannot be newly boosted after expiration. Larger campaigns require a rights extension. Ad spend is paid separately.

Separate permissions & exclusions

Personal-account placements require written talent authorization and availability. Appearances, creator-handle advertising, perpetual rights, TV, outdoor advertising, packaging, sublicensing, AI voice or likeness recreation, and unrestricted raw footage are separately negotiated. Title Partner exclusivity is limited to one agreed series and defined category, never all of Rampage’s activity.

Assumptions & next steps

Final scope, inventory, talent approval, publishing commitments, rights, revision limits and reporting dates must be agreed in writing. Direct activation costs and media spend are separate. No results are guaranteed. Review the objective, approve the scope and sign the agreement before production.
